Besides singing, Rumana Morshed Kanak Chapa also enjoys writing. She regularly wrote columns for various national newspapers. In the 2010 Ekushey Book Fair, her first autobiographical book “Sthobir Jajabor” was published. In 2012, her first poetry collection “Mukhomukhi Joddha” was released.
